Warwick  specialises in corporate, commercial, local government law, trustee law and is a Notary Public.

He has had wide experience and is an adviser to numerous Southland companies and institutions.

Warwick's brief includes all facets of corporate and commercial law, company structures, holding companies, receivership/liquidation, amalgamations, takeovers and contract law. He has specialist knowledge in relation to the Companies Act 1993, Co-operative Companies Act 1996, Industrial Provident Societies Act 1908 and advises a large number of Charitable Trusts.

Warwick has established a specialist expertise in trust law and is former Deputy Chairman of The Community Trust of Southland and former Chairman of the Norman Jones Foundation.

He has a specialist knowledge of the Trustee Act 1956 and Charitable Trusts Act 1957, is a Foundation Member of the New Zealand Trustees Association and a Senior Member of the New Zealand Trustees Association.
