Sean Woodward

Sean is a Partner in our commercial law team.
He specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in banking, finance and securities law, and insolvency law.
His previous experience includes working with law firms Chapman Tripp and Russell McVeagh, and also in a commercial banking role with BNZ. Sean has also gained valuable experience working in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Sean is committed to assisting the community through pro bono work and community roles. He is on the Council of the Southland Branch of the New Zealand Law Society. He is a trustee of Mature Employment Services and a member of Rotary. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and is on the Board of the Southland Chamber of Commerce.
