James is part of the Commercial and Property Team at Preston Russell Law. He works on a range of property and commercial matters including:

• Residential property transactions
• Commercial property transactions
• Subdivisions
• Unit titles
• Leases
• Land ownership structures
• Charitable Trusts

A born and bred Southlander James moved back to the south in 2010 after completing his studies at the Otago University.

In addition to his law degree James has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Geology and Ecology.

James is enjoying the Southland community, with the fantastic atmosphere and lifestyle which it offers.
