Racing Industry
We are able to advise those in the industry on all matters including:
- Defending charges brought by the Racing Integrity Unit (we are instructed in relation to the Smoken Up proceedings)
- Appealing penalties imposed by the Racing Judiciary.
- Appearing at sentencings
The Judiciary is, in appropriate circumstances, allowing us to appear via telephone at hearings after we have filed written submissions. This practice enables us to advance our client’s interests without the need to physically travel to a hearing and avoid the costs involved with travel.
